Katrina Kaif not paired with Ranbir in Prakash Jha's Rajniti?

Prakash Jha indicated that he is searching an international face opposite Ranbir Kapoor and the patient film will take off in February of 2009. So let us see that Kat is going out from Rajniti? (must not be) and who is coming (I would like to se Penelope Cruz, which is imposible).

In Indian Scriptwriters’ Conference on script writing, Prakash Jha said that there are many film-makers still do not provide actors with a bound script and screenplays are written during the course of shooting — a trend which he says Bollywood needs to do away with at the earliest to match the professionalism of the West.

So this is why some Indian films turns out in a very bad experience to seeing them.
